Brian Chandler Business – Consultant, Norfolk
Judith’s therapy has the quality of good music – you don’t know where the next note is going to sound but when it does, you know it’s exactly right. Her questions and guiding comments unerringly hit the spot that’s required to move you into the territory that needs fixing, and gently help you to recognize the fix. She works at her work, frequently taking herself off for more training.
When I want to check the suitability of someone for an important job I have two options:
- Have them take a battery of psychological tests including the Hogan Series – HPI, HDS, MVPI.
- Have them chat with Judith for half an hour. If there is a problem she’ll find it, and probably the beginnings of a solution. I don’t know how she does it but – I’m happy to take advantage of her skill.
She has rescued me from the straitjacket of a hard science upbringing in a family that, whilst perfectly functional, didn’t believe in emotion. The person I was then was called by others ‘clever’. The person I am now attracts words like ‘wise’ and ‘charismatic’.
She supported me and held my hand before, during and after my wife’s death from cancer, enabling me to cope through the crises and to recover in a fraction of the time that others, without help, must suffer.
As well as working on me, I’ve deployed her to work with a dozen other people, friends and also employees of five of my clients as a management consultant. Any of them would fall over themselves to commend her.
She is useless at technology and mathematics.
